Normal turnaround time is 3 to 4 weeks. It can be shorter sometimes if needed. It can be longer for some products like flags which are a foreign source.

Yes, we fulfill and mail many orders. We take your Excel mail list and do the mailing for you. Call for quotes. Minimum is 200 pieces.
The safest way to do it is to order all size L. That is the most popular size and can work for most people.
Yes, we will work with your product. We will want a sample of it to determine best size for the book and packaging method. We’ll give you a quote for just packaging.
Yes, we have a designer on staff to help with art. We will quote you an art charge once we get an idea how complex your design is. Please see our Artwork Guidelines
Our product brochure has pricing for a dozen or more stock products. Price is listed by quantity. If you want products not shown, call us and we will quote for your product. All prices include packaging in the “book”.
How to submit your art

PDFs Saved As “High Quality Print” - All text must be outlined.
Send Artwork to art@bookwear.net. Files too large to email send via Dropbox.com
Adobe Illustrator: Convert all type to outlines, embed all linked files or send links in a folder.
Adobe InDesign: Convert all type to outlines, package file before sending, include a pdf saved as “High Quality Print” with all fonts outlined.
Adobe Photoshop: Do not flatten file. Photos must be at least 300 dpi at actual size.
We do not accept files in Powerpoint, Word, Publisher, Pagemaker, Freehand or Quark.
Vector (line art) required, except 4C process use JPG or TIFF.
Submit design in .ai or .eps format.
PMS #’s ink colors must be included, or select from stock ink colors (listed below).
Do not save as CMYK.
Color Matching: Color balance may vary within a print run or for re-orders.
Sizes vary depending on product.
Artwork, if needed, charged at $15(v) per quarter hour.
Custom Pantone/PMS match available for $15 (v) per ink color.
Full color Insert Card: 3 and 5/8” x 5 and 1/4” (leave 1/8” bleed on all sides).

Colors below are approximate. For accuracy compare the number below to your PMS book. These ink colors do not apply to laundry bags and backpacks. Florescent colors are much brighter than pictured.
50% Deposit required, balance due before shipping. Net 30 Terms may be available upon approval.
Product Delivery: 4 weeks from art approval date and signed off, unless otherwise arranged. Overrun/Under run of +/- 5% allowable. Customer is billed for shipped quantity only.
Rush Charges: Orders not fitting standard production time subject to 15% rush fee, call for quote.
Quotes are valid for 15 days from quote date. Price lists subject to change without notice.
Cancellations are subject to charges: restocking and shipping of merchandise, art and screen work performed. No cancellations once shirts or books are in production.
Email proof; no charge. A printed shirt/garment proof costs $40 for first color, $25/additional color.
